Women of Courage is a 15-week peer support program for women in Calgary who have experienced gender-based violence. The program focuses on healing, building confidence, and developing skills to support others through lived experience. Participants meet twice a week in person for a supportive group setting to learn peer support skills and employment-readiness training.
Your information will be kept confidential and only shared with the CMHA Calgary team. We will only contact you in the ways you share are safe.

The program runs for 15 weeks from September 24 to January 19, with two 3-hour in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am - 12: 30 pm at CMHA Calgary - 2540 Kensington Road NW.Application Instructions: Please complete all sections of the application below.
